Job Summary
Guide customers through consultative sales options on the sales floor using AT&T's full product suite. Fulfill community engagement by participating in events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential clients. Work flexible shifts between 9am-9pm including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules released two weeks in advance. Earn a base rate of $16.25-$17.65 per hour plus uncapped commissions up to $13,700 annually. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, though comprehensive training and coaching are provided for those without it.
