Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options; participate in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Flexible schedule 9am-9pm including weekends with 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling. Training provided if no prior sales experience. Earn base hourly pay ($17.12-$21.50) plus commissions ($13,700) with uncapped commissions; top earners can reach $62,460 annually.
