Job Summary
Drive sales through a consultative approach, creating meaningful connections with customers and guiding them through AT&T’s product options. Meet sales targets and earn commission, leveraging knowledge of devices, wireless plans, fiber/5G services, and value-added services. Engage customers on the sales floor, at events, through online orders, and via outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. Maintain flexibility with a weekend-inclusive schedule (9am-9pm) and advance visibility into shifts. Leverage training and coaching provided to meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and ongoing development is supported to help you succeed.
