Retail Sales Consultant

Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T in Mt Pleasant, WI. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help them understand AT&T’s full suite of products and services. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, earning commission, participating in community events, assisting with online orders, and making outbound calls to current and prospective customers. You’ll work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. The role emphasizes helping customers, staying flexible to evolving store needs, and leveraging tools and coaching provided through training.
