Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant on the AT&T retail floor partnering with customers to build personalized solutions. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. Expected schedule is 9am–9pm with weekend coverage; seniority-based weekly schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance. Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Earnings include hourly pay ($15.76–$18.33) plus commissions (up to $13,700+) with top performers reaching about $62,460/year, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, disability, life and more).
