Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options; participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Flexible schedule from 9am–9pm including weekends with 2-week advance seniority-based planning; training provided to help meet and exceed goals. Earn between $17.12-$21.50 per hour plus commissions, with uncapped commission opportunities and potential earnings up to $62,460 per year for top performers. Required Qualifications
