Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant for AT&T products on the sales floor, using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, with outbound calls to existing and potential customers, and involvement in events and filling online orders. Earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, with potential to exceed base goals and annual earnings around six figures including commissions; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and parental leave. Schedule is 9am–9pm including weekends; weekly hours are 40. Emphasis on building meaningful connections with customers and community, staying current with evolving tech, and delivering excellent service. Required Qualifications
