Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options; participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Schedule runs 9am–9pm including weekends with monthly seniority-based scheduling available 2 weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching provided to meet goals. Earnings include hourly pay ($17.12–$21.50) plus $13,700 in commissions if goals are met, with uncapped commissions and top earners reaching around $62,460 annually.
