Retail Sales Consultant

Retail Sales Consultant responsible for using a consultative approach to guide customers through AT&T wireless products and services on the sales floor. You’ll help customers choose options, participate in store events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. The role includes meeting sales targets and earning uncapped commissions with potential total earnings around $62,460/year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. Schedule is 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ notice for seniority-based schedules. Training and coaching provided if no prior sales experience. Strong emphasis on customer connections, product knowledge, and ability to adapt to evolving technology.
