Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options; involvement in community events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers; schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ advanced notice for seniority-based schedules; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help meet goals; earnings include starting pay and commissions with uncapped opportunities and potential annual earnings shown (base plus commission).
