Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant responsible for using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and achieve sales targets. Engage with customers on the sales floor, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm (including weekends) with 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling. Training provided if no prior sales experience. Earn base hourly pay ($15.76–$18.32) plus commission opportunities (up to $13,700+ with uncapped potential), with top performers earning around $62,460 per year.
