Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customers' needs. Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses. Represent AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy. Assist store leaders with operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning bonuses. May participate in outside sales events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Must have clear communication, a commitment to exemplary customer service, and integrity. Background in retail sales is helpful but not required. Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States. Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
