Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses; represent the AT&T brand with professionalism; assist with store operations and duties; achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in outside sales events and community promotions as an extension of regular duties; a background in retail sales is helpful but not required; strong communication, honesty, and integrity are emphasized; daily tasks include engaging customers, presenting products/services, and driving customer acquisition through events and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate a personal computer
