Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and tailor solutions to customers, families, or businesses; represent the AT&T Mobily brand with professionalism; assist store leadership with operations; achieve sales goals and KPIs; may participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness; strong communication, honest and customer-focused; a background in retail sales is helpful; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of 32 hours per week; must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the home store with ability to work at multiple locations within a district; ability to operate a personal computer.
