Job Summary
On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options with the goal of meeting sales targets and earning commission. Position involves events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Schedule includes 9am-9pm with weekends; weekly hours expected around 40. Earn between $16.57-$20.45 per hour plus commission; potential annual earnings up to or beyond $62,460 with uncapped commission opportunities. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help meet and exceed goals. Location: Anchorage, AK (5th Ave).
