Retail Sales

As a Retail Associate, provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions about product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrate merchandise, and make recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock room. Perform all cash register transactions efficiently and accurately and support loyalty programs. Contribute to store profitability through accurate handling of product flow, stocking, and replenishment. The role requires no specific education beyond a high school level and is suitable for individuals 16 years or older with up to 2 years of experience.
