Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions about merchandise and pricing, and describe photo options while selling retail items and staged or candid photos. Assist guests in enhancing their Medieval Times experience, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales, and perform monthly or quarterly physical inventory. Process information through the computer system, count money, and follow cash handling policies while maintaining knowledge of current promotions and exchange procedures. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 lbs and standing or walking up stairs as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to process information through computer system
- Ability to count money and make change
- Ability to proactively engage guests in making a sale
- Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs during assigned shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
