Job Summary
Retail Sales Associates deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the floor, participating in store recovery, and upholding safety, labor, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-training across store areas may occur to support business needs. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, adaptability to changes, and adherence to company procedures and standards.
