Job Summary
Part-time Retail Sales Associate (Chocolate Advisor) at Lindt Ottawa—deliver a premium in-store experience by welcoming guests, providing personalized product recommendations, handling returns, and maintaining premium store standards. Support daily operations, inventory restocking, POS transactions, and corporate gifting orders while promoting Lindt’s heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal offerings. Requirements include strong customer service, ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment, POS/cash handling experience, excellent communication, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), and a high school diploma. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
