Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, processing transactions at POS, and supporting a team to exceed sales targets in a full-time, on-site role at Glad Solutions. Duties include helping customers select products, demonstrating product functionality, upselling and cross-selling, staying updated on promotions, maintaining attractive displays, handling customer complaints professionally, participating in training, and contributing to a positive store environment.
