Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge customers, provide accurate product information, and close sales while maintaining professional rapport. Sell merchandise, manage stock by receiving, folding, and replenishing items, and ensure the selling floor appearance meets company standards. Complete all transactions and paperwork efficiently, adhere to policies, and perform marketing activities such as opening new charge accounts. Operate a POS register and telxon with proficiency in basic math. Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic math skills
- Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register and telxon
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
