Retail Sales Associate - Yard (Full-Time)

Provide customers with product knowledge across hardware, fencing, animal feed/health, toys, and tack to enable an authentic shopping experience. Deliver down-to-earth product displays and help customers from entry to purchase, ensuring positive interactions from start to finish. Work as part of a team to uphold Murdoch’s MVPs, showing a can-do attitude, readiness for a hard day’s work on your feet, and willingness to perform heavy/repetitive lifting. Maintain customer service excellence and participate in the training program to expand knowledge. Physical demands include standing, repetitive movements, bending, carrying, reaching overhead, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
