Retail Sales Associate - Yard/Fencing

Part-Time Yard Associate responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, generating sales, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding assets. Roles include multitasking in a fast-paced environment, educating customers on North 40 products, and collaborating with team members to meet shared goals. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays) within business hours, and be willing to work in all weather conditions; forklift and propane certification are possible certifications to obtain. Prior merchandising experience and knowledge of farm & ranch products are helpful, and strong communication and physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs with team lift when needed.
