Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and build relationships to drive sales and meet daily goals. Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves to maintain a shoppable space. Share Loyalty program benefits, assist with credit account openings, and process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers. Adapt to changing priorities while collaborating with teammates to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
