Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and offer personalized recommendations to build relationships and drive sales. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, and finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits and ending interactions with a sincere thank-you. This full-time role requires working 30+ hours per week including weekends, with physical demands of standing for two consecutive hours and lifting up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
