Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales by engaging shoppers on the floor and in fitting rooms. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring merchandise is organized. Support team collaboration, share loyalty program benefits, and finish strong with sincere customer interactions. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet quarterly hour requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during 1st, 2nd, 3rd fiscal quarter (February - April, May - July, August - October.)
- During 4th Fiscal Quarter (November - January) you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours during the quarter
- A minimum number of weekend shifts may be required
