Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate role focused on delivering personalized customer experiences for Womens Shoes at Macy’s. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, offering product recommendations, driving sales goals, maintaining organized selling floor and fitting room, promoting loyalty benefits, processing transactions, and collaborating with team to ensure clean, inviting store environment. Requires strong communication, customer service orientation, ability to meet sales targets, willingness to work a schedule including weekends, and physically capable of standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and frequent movement.
