Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships and drive personalized sales. Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves to maintain a shoppable environment. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while sharing loyalty program benefits and acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts. Meet daily sales goals, review promotions and new arrivals, and finish strong by ensuring customers have everything they need.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities

- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
