Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and drive sales by offering personalized recommendations and achieving daily targets. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring fitting rooms are organized. Support teammates with collaboration and honesty, while managing register transactions and sharing loyalty program benefits. This part-time role at Crabtree Valley Mall requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with schedules dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
