Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, build personal relationships, and drive sales by offering personalized product recommendations and sharing loyalty program benefits. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring the space is clean and organized. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while meeting daily sales goal challenges. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, adhering to a schedule of 30+ hours per week for full-time roles. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs while collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
