Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs while resolving inquiries and suggesting products to meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store by managing inventory counts, deposits, and opening/closing procedures including alarm settings. Ensure compliance with company policies, handle cash transactions, and rotate within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage. Perform physical tasks including standing for 4 to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending or squatting as required. Complete accurate paperwork and assist with assigned projects. Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
