Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs while resolving inquiries and suggesting products to meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store by ensuring proper inventory, completing accurate paperwork, and managing opening and closing procedures including cash handling and alarm settings. Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage, working 4 to 12-hour shifts on the sales floor while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Assist with store operations, product knowledge training, and marketing efforts to solicit new business.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
