Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess their needs while providing excellent service and resolving inquiries. Suggest products to build relationships and meet or exceed sales goals by participating in marketing efforts. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Open and close the retail facility, handle cash, perform inventory counts, and complete accurate paperwork. Assist with all store functions, including travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, twisting, and bending while working shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
