Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced tobacco/retail environment. Build relationships with customers, promote the brand, gain product knowledge, assist with store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, deposits), maintain a clean and well-stocked store, and participate in marketing efforts and special promotions. Must be able to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage; physical tasks include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
