Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs to provide excellent service while resolving inquiries and suggesting products. Meet sales goals by participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business both inside and outside the store. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment by ensuring the store, back room, and work areas are tidy and stocked according to company policies. Open and close the retail facility, handling cash, inventory counts, and deposits while completing accurate paperwork. Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage, working 4 to 12-hour standing shifts that require lifting up to 50 lbs. Assist with all assigned tasks and projects as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
