Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs to provide excellent service while resolving inquiries and building relationships to suggest products. Meet or exceed sales goals by participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business inside and outside the store. Assist with all retail functions including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage while standing for 4 to 12 hours. Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to operations control standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
