Retail Sales Associate

Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, greet and assist customers, answer phones, assess needs, resolve inquiries, and build relationships to suggest products. Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store. Assist with all store functions and ensure a clean, well-stocked retail environment. Handle cash, inventory counts, and deposits per policies. Maintain store appearance and back room, restrooms, and work area. Support opening/closing duties and shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours; able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead, with a lift requirement up to 50 lbs. Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage.
