Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs while resolving inquiries and suggesting products. Meet sales goals by promoting the brand inside and outside the store. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Open and close the retail facility, manage cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits, and complete accurate paperwork. Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage. Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing, requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and squatting. High school diploma required; must be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
