Retail Sales Associate

Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing customer needs; build relationships to suggest products; meet or exceed sales goals; gain product knowledge to become the store expert; participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store; assist with all store functions per policies; maintain a clean, well-stocked store; manage cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits; open/close the store and support operations; work shifts 4–12 hours on the sales floor; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs; travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage; contribute to store appearance and participate in additional tasks as assigned.
