Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs to provide excellent service while resolving inquiries and suggesting products. Meet or exceed sales goals by participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business inside and outside the store. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment by ensuring store appearance, back room, and restrooms are tidy, and assist with opening and closing procedures including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits. Complete accurate paperwork and transactions in compliance with company policies while building customer confidence. Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor, traveling within a 15-mile radius for coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
