Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Wild Bill’s Tobacco. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced tobacco and vape retail environment by greeting customers, answering questions, assessing needs, and building relationships to promote products. Strive to meet or exceed sales goals, gain product knowledge to become the expert, and participate in marketing efforts to attract new business. Assist with store functions, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsible for opening/closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits, as well as maintaining store appearance and the back room. Travel up to 15 miles from the home store for shift coverage as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, retail and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability.
