Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and assess their needs while resolving inquiries and concerns. Create relationships to suggest products and meet sales goals by participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business. Assist with all store functions including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and ensure compliance with company policies. Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor, with the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius for coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in retail environments and customer service
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
