Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, building relationships to suggest products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role includes participating in product knowledge efforts, promotional activities to attract new business, assisting with store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, deposits), ensuring a clean, well-stocked store, and supporting management. The position requires the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, prior retail/customer service experience, strong communication skills, a professional and energetic attitude, and flexible scheduling. Spiffs/merit increases are noted for full-time employees.
