Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Wild Bill’s Tobacco delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs; build relationships to suggest products; meet or exceed sales goals; gain product knowledge to become the store expert; participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand; assist with all store functions, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and follow company policies. Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, opening/closing the store, and ensuring safe operation while working within a 15-mile travel radius from the home store. Requires standing for shifts 4–12 hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, retail experience, strong communications skills, and a positive attitude.
