Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations. Drive sales performance by meeting daily goals, sharing Loyalty program benefits, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and inspires loyalty. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves throughout the day. Full-time colleagues are scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, while part-time roles require 12-24 hours; all schedules include weekend shifts. This position requires standing for consecutive hours, lifting up to 30 lbs, and operating cash registers and handheld devices. Required Qualifications
