Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit to ensure each customer receives the best service possible. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in broader fashion and active-wear landscapes. Maintain a stocked, clean, and organized sales floor that reflects correct visual directives, execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash, and communicate inventory needs and product concerns to support business objectives. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays with a focus on punctuality and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
