Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic manner and forge lasting relationships through insightful product knowledge on athletic apparel and active-wear. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit while ensuring the sales floor remains stocked, clean, and organized to reflect visual directives. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by communicating inventory needs and executing cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash. Collaborate with management on inventory management, assist in merchandising projects, and handle customer concerns proactively. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays with punctuality.
