Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit to ensure each customer receives the best service. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in active-wear and assisting in project completion. Maintain the sales floor by stocking every evening, cleaning regularly, organizing merchandise to reflect visual directives, and executing cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash. Communicate inventory needs and product concerns to support business objectives while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
