Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships through insightful product knowledge on active-wear and broader fashion. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit to ensure each customer receives the best service. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Maintain a neat, organized selling floor that reflects correct visual directives, ensure evening stocking, and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash. Collaborate with management on inventory management and communicate product concerns promptly. Work nights, weekends, and holidays while adhering to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
