Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in active-wear and fashion. Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, maintain visual directives, and keep the selling floor neat, clean, and organized. Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash, and communicate inventory needs and product concerns to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
